Eight years after completing the work on the 17 Avenue House project, we completed work on the adjacent house to the south. The project was isolated to improving the lowest level of the house into high quality living space that could serve both the owners and their guests.

At the front, a new family entry was created with a mudroom transition space. A family room was designed so that the layout of the upper floor could remain more formal with separate living and dining rooms. At the rear, a large roof deck was created over the lower floor addition and is accessed through a folding pair of doors off the dining room.
